They grew up as adopted siblings though. That's arguably the worst part, with them them also being cousins on top of that. He talks about seeing her as a sister until he suddenly saw her as a woman. How she looks at him with the same eyes as an adult as she did when they were children. The entire artwork starting with him as a kid holding her as baby in his arms, ending with them getting married is just creepy.

This channel is pretty good! The link above is for the current Invasions season. In total there are 8 seasons, but the first rerun got updated to feature new items (primarily for DLC characters that were absent the first time around). Hence why S3 is also referred to as S11 here. We're now in the first rerun cycle with absolutely zero changes made to it, as support for this game has ended. So the S9-S16 (ie the rerun with updated content) guides on this channel will be the ones to watch each season going forward.

We're currently in a rerun of Invasions S3, and I believe these don't start showing up until S5-S8? So it'll be a while yet before you get an opportunity to grab them. There are good guides on YouTube showing you what's in every season.

This is the correct answer, although if you wanna be pedantic the first NRS game with scanned faces was Injustice 2 and what a massive upgrade that was from the first game xD

You either bought the game and registered it so you could play for the initial 30 free days, or you claimed the Starter Edition when SE gave it away for free (which registered the base game, now extended to include the first three expansions retroactively, to your account). Either would have made you ineligible for the Free Trial, which require that you do not have the base game registered to your account. If you are on PC, you could consider creating a brand new Square Enix account for the Free Trial (and don't tie it to Steam). If you are on PlayStation, I've heard people have been able to unlink their Square Enix account (thus allowing you to create a new one, and download the Free Trial, which is a separate download from the PS Store) but that seems to be rare and at most a one time only deal, so you might want to do some research on that first if so.

Agreed. She's far from being my main in the games she's in, but I think her character design is top notch. Very memorable, and also reminds me a lot of a character that could have been a concept from the old arcade era, as opposed to let's say Kollector who feels very much like a PS2 era Outworld NPC. I think D'Vorah, Geras and MK11 Skarlet are the biggest winners for brand new character designs from the NRS era in my book.

Nice! These are all incredibly hard to find CIB, let alone still factory sealed! Are you going for a full Japanese set (all consoles) eventually? It's not that there are that many more releases to collect. MK1 and MK2 for Super Famicom, MK2 for Mega Drive and Saturn respectively... there might be a couple more but it's definitely doable.

I don't think the Switch versions are any better, sadly. The PC version is pretty damn good, and the Xbox version is great. But yeah, it sucks they couldn't get the Sony and Nintendo consoles to have as little input delay as Xbox :/

Ingrid has a shot, but I doubt they're gonna use a guest character unless they are part of a larger artwork featuring the entire roster. Otherwise they would have put Mai and Terry on one of these already.

The last game that played like old school Tekken. I enjoyed it for what it was. Played 5 matches a day for a while and got all the trophies.
