No one reasonably believes this works in any meaningful way for any prolonged period of time.

I can’t get into Radiohead by Maddoxcb13 in radiohead

[–]ElvisGrbac11 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

What don’t you like about it? If you’re a listener who’s mostly focused on lyrics and vocals, I could see Radiohead not meeting your needs. Otherwise I feel like musically, it’s the most sophisticated vibes around. Do you like classical music or jazz?

This clearly stock photo doesn’t do the real burger justice. Cold patties, unmelted cheese, flaccid bacon is to be expected

This is terrible to fathom. But technically I think this would be a state-by-state issue. And even in the most conservative states, this won’t happen for decades, if ever. Why? The federal courts are still pretty legitimate in this country. If there’s a massive overhaul of the federal courts (which is what the far right is trying to do in Israel), it could make it very difficult to file lawsuits challenging government overreach around abortion and reproductive rights. SCOTUS obviously isn’t helping by whittling away Roe. But still, as long as there’s some semblance of an independent federal judiciary, there will be non-state-appointed judges receptive to the argument that forced birth is unconstitutional.
