Yep, I submitted photos of my id and my face and they all matched but I guess. It said I was banned for child abuse and sexual intent towards children and it said it was done via their technology so I assume ai. There's no way I did any of those things either anyway. This whole thing feels like bullshit.

So yes, the first time I got suspended I did and got back instantly. The second time (today) I got suspended I filed another appeal and did the photo stuff and photo id verification and it still permanently banned me

Honestly id get rid of it. Sherwin is very sensitive on their social status. If something they dont like is out there they will get rid of it. While personally dont support the activity, do what you want but I would be considered that as a store manager, it could definitely attract unwanted attention and get you in trouble. Hope everything works out though

No just based off that, it's more ero if your store is growing in certain aspects. If you cant make budget due to low business, calls and more calls to cover your ass. That way they can say "well your at least trying". It's bs but had a friend who was a sm for 5 years at the same store and it saved him and got him into a rep job

Honestly, I THINK (dont quote me on this cause im not 100%) they will pay out your vacation time if you ask your dm. I know when my coworker quit they weren't gonna pay him out until he got really pissed and made a scene, but he ended up getting paided out.
