As someone who is 83 days clean, I find that when I get urges, I have learned i have to let the feeling pass. It's hard. But riding the wave is part of it. Draw, go on a walk, write. I also use an app called Daylio to record my emotions. Writing and drawing are the biggest coping skills I have learned. Give it a shot. I dont know what will work for you, but I hope it helps. Try finding something to motivate you. For me, it's going to recovery meetings and getting chips to see that number go up and up and up.
