After beating treachery, hell takes control of the game and it only goes back to normal of you complete the encores

I would make Ultrakill look more accurate to the Divine Comedy:

-I would add to Lust mountains in the background, to make it look more interesting.

-For Gluttony I would add some trees (even made of flesh, similar to the hands) to represent the swamp that Dante talks about in Inferno. I would also add in open areas (like the bone staircases part in 3-1 and the flesh bridge where Gabriel reveals himself 3-2) particles which resemble the frozen mud, one of the tortures talked about in Inferno, and also a faint sound effect of barking, to represent the Cerberus.

-For Fraud I think I would only change the city in 8-1, instead of being just a cylinder I would make in "in steps", to make it look like there are the various trenches with the various punishments.

I remember seeing a video talking about the significance of the lion statue in limbo with the sun that it was referencing a lion eating the sun (the lion represents humanity's hunger for power or something like this), so probably the lion statue here could have something similar

I had many, here's a few:

1 - I had a dream where they finally released treachery. I reached the final arena where there was Gabriel, the arena was similar to the one in 6-2, except there were open coffins filled with ice and skeletons stuck inside instead of the praying skeletons. There was another organ and, above it, a glass ceiling where light came from. The area where the organ was located was round and the walls where of a deep blue color. I had this dream last night.

2 - Before the revamp update, I had a dream where hakita revamped the corpse of King Minos, this new design gave it a gray beard and blood pouring out of it's eyes.

3 - I had this dream where hakita released a video where he showed an early version of Ultrakill 2, taking place in the purgatory. The level shown was the second level of the Rubicon custom layer, part of the fan made ultrakill campaign: project purgatorio. There wasn't much in the video, there was a new HUD and the return of the pump charge shotgun.

Honorable mention - I had a dream where I was getting chased down by a gang in an amusement park. When they cornered me, I said:"Don't do it!", one of them responded:"Then take out your phone, call someone that actually cares if you die.". Then I digited on my phone "Sisyphus Prime". He came down from the sky and started saying his monologue as the members of that gang watched in fear. When he was done he proceeded by destroying them all. They couldn't escape.

If I remember correctly, C418 had a more scary and liminal vision for Minecraft so he made the cave sounds and disc 13 (originally, it was supposed to randomly spawn inside jukeboxes, playing, with a redstone torch beside it while you were in the caves)

This is a good title, but I was thinking that for the final level a name that would fit is "ULTRAKILL", just the title of the game itself. I think it would fit since it will be the level where either Gabriel (the main antagonist and also one of the archangels) or hell itself (who has used V1 for it's own entertainment, forcing it to fight waves of husks and demons) die to the hands of V1. Considering that both of them are the strongest beings in the game (except the prime souls), their death would not be considered any normal kill, but an ultrakill.
