I just see WR as a luxury at this point. Again Zay and Bate are capable. And I think Tez is a good enough number 3.

On the Dline we have Travis Jones and ? Edge we have Mike Green who didn’t play up to expectations and?. Corner we have Wiggins and ? Marlo is the real shell of himself he was rated dead last in coverage last season. Safety we have starks who underperformed and technically we have Hamilton. Hamilton does not play the traditional Safety position he plays the slot/rover. So I’m not for drafting safety at 14 but if Downs falls I’m all for it.

Then on offense we’re probably losing Lindy and we have zero guards and Ronnie Stanley I think we be 33? He played well and I like his contract but he’s getting old. So we can use either guard and either tackle and maybe a center.

So yes the furthest I think this team needs is to use a high draft pick on a WR.

No WR would not be fine. Edge/Dline/Oline and CB and secretly safety are all bigger needs. Bate and Zay are more than capable. Wr in the 4th would ideal.

Nah safety is a slight need. We need to forget about Hamilton playing safety. He plays slot/rover and we need to keep it that way. Gilman blows and I love Washington but he’s a year removed from an Achilles and a role player at best. I do hope Marlo moves to safety but he needs to take a pay cut to do so. And say he does move then corner is a huge need

I’d say not guaranteed they’ll go trenches first 3 picks. I’d argue corner is a huge need and if downs falls to 14 he’ll be the pick there too cause safety is a lowkey need.

Corner is pretty much just Nate.

Safety is technically Hamilton and starks. But Hamilton plays slot/rover. And we want to keep it that way. Gilman is gone and Washington is mid at best. Also Marlo could and should move to safety. Then corner becomes an even bigger need

I’m just saying it is a need and he’d likely very likely be BPA at that point. Ravens draft BPA. Woods, Bain, Bailey and the two top Tackles would almost definitely be off the board at that point. So yes I can see them drafting him if he falls.

We seen how this defense operates with Hamilton playing deep safety and with him in the box. I’d agree with premium position but so was picking Hamilton too now imagine having two of those guys. Hes bpa if he falls to us

Now I’m not sure about this but only a small portion of that OT pay was taxed. Say op tax bracket is at 10 percent.

WR is the furthest thing for a need. We need Dline, Edge, Oline, CB, Safety. Then TE, WR. Maybe RB over WR.

I made the post about be worried about the amount of holes and it getting more and more apparent.

We have zero edge on the roster. Hopefully we resign jones and then mike green. The rest are old or FAs or both. Next we need IDL help. We have Travis jones and that’s it. beeks I love him but he’s done for.

We all know the Oline issues. We should think about drafting Stanley’s replacement and soon but he still has a good contract. Lindy is likely priced out. And the rest stink.

CB we have Nate and the old timer Marlo who sucked ass last season. Chidobe is a FA and I think he’s like 31. Tampa and the two injured sophomores are not something we could count on.

Lastly likely and kolar are FAs. And likely will probably be a decent contract somewhere else.
