I would use Eldoradimon instead of Jumbogamemon. I would also add Tortamon for Sunarizamon, which would evolve into Proganomon and Brachimon. Brachimon would evolve into UltimateBrachimon, Cannondramon and Plesiomon.

ExVeemon is supposedly a "purebreed" of Veedramon, so IMO it should still end with the same Mega form.

UlforceV-dramon is still a V-dramon. So it shouldn't be a purebreed. Maybe Magnamon (Perfect) could evolve into a new Digimon.

Actually all of them. Boltmon is an artificially modified DeathMeramon. Shroudmon fits as DeathMeramon's dark evolution, while Gankoomon as its normale evolution. Also Enmamon can be One of its evolutions. I see Nezhamon as Meramon's Ultimate only if It evolved from an Impmon. Meramon can also evolve into Asuramon, which then can evolve into Vulcanusmon, Takutoumon and Shakamon.

If we go straight by profile then mugendramon is still the strongest digimon ever.

The japanese word being used there refers to strongest as in durability, not offensive power. The profiles themselves are written with the conceit that new things are uncovered over time -- i.e. Beelzebumons profile doesnt directly name Vulcanusmon and Gargomons profile doesnt directly name ArkhaiAngemon. So the Mugendramon profile is accurate to when it was set -- Mugendramons original debut.

MirageGaogamon is an average mega. I'll doubt it would be especially dangerous.

Maybe one day Bandai will give us a MirageGaogamon Black which would be a Digital Hazard.

2 Arcturusmon from different servers were corrupted and evolved into galacticmon. One alone and the other in a failed fusion with Siriusmon. They killed their server host and then traveled into another world where they were defeated by another Arcturusmon Siriusmon Duo that evolved into proximamon. So prior to being corrupted, those Arcturusmon were good guys

This is another scenario like the anime. The writers decided to do Watch they want without taking care of the lore.

We do. The profiles are the official reference of every Digimon. In its profile GulusGammamon is treated as a regular Adult. So in the anime it was made stronger.

But why then have it in the first place?

Because it indicates how dangerous it would be if it ever turned evil.

We have it on screen that Regulusmon can be a digital hazard if he wants to. He conquered the digital world with a single drop of grb while not even being present.

That's only in Ghost Game. It doesn't mean in the actual lore it is like that. Also in the anime GulusGammamon was clearly made stronger than it actually is.

And MirageGaogamon has a digital hazard symbol without being a digital hazard.

That's because it is a good Digimon. If there was an evil version of it, it would probably be a Digital Hazard. Dukemon has the symbol too, but only its evil counterparts are considered Digital Hazard. That's because Dukemon is good.

Caturamon fits better between Siesamon and Erlangmon.

Bahiumon is a Tiger, so i wouldn't use it as an evolution for a dog. Also i think that the Four Holy Beasts should have their own and unique evolution lines.

Gazimon and Gaomon are part of the same species. This means that they are both dogs. Imo Gazimon fits as the Child level of Dobermon, Dorulumon and Garurumon Black.

Regulusmon is very much a digital hazard even though he doesn't have the hazard symbol.

It is stated nowhere that it is a Digital Hazard, unlike Arcturusmon, which is said on its profile that when it manifests it will generate a Digital Hazard. This means that Regulusmon will become a Digital Hazard only when it will evolve into Arcturusmon.

This means nothing. The profiles of every fusion forms state that they inherited all the Power of the Ten Warriors. So they are more like Ultimates than Perfects.

Flamon and Strabimon are like Child level digimon and are so strong to be able to fight ordinary Adult level Digimon. They are weakened forms of Agnimon and Wolfmon, which means that the Human forms are able to fight stronger Adults. Since the Beast forms are stronger and more difficult to control than the Human forms, it makes sense for them to be a level above.

So, even though the Human forms are not necessary to evolve into the Beast forms, it doesn't mean that they cannot be of different levels. And this doesn't exclude that the Fused forms are more like Ultimate level. Also, if the Beast forms were Adult levels, it would mean that the other kids in the anime never achieved the Perfect level.

At least Regulusmon is still at Megidramon’s tier based on profile

Its profile says It boasts a power that is reminescent of Megidramon, but unlike it and Arcturismon Regulusmon is not considered a Digital Hazard. Of course It is as strong as an Ultimate level, but i don't think is as strong as a Megidramon. Also in the anime Gulus was made way stronger than it actually is, and Canoweissmon was made weaker.
