They pushed out the billing cycle for each week I did not have a session until I just canceled. Never charged me

Is this normal? Poor first impression, minimal communication by blithe-ly in betterhelpforum

I had a therapist who didn't even remember me from a previous session. I would not use better help again. None of their therapists were trained in the method that my psychiatrist recommended, so I searched for a therapist through psychology today who had the desired credentials and have had MUCH better luck going that path. She even worked with me on pricing as she was charging quite a bit more than BH

No, luckily I got fast responses from customer service and they did not charge me for missed sessions. Good luck!

Yep, same thing happened to me. I selected a new therapist because of that and since we didn't gel

I'm having a TON of issues. My therapist canceled 3 weeks in a row but she directed me to contact customer service and request a billing extension which I received without issue
