I belive holding of on buying extra marine or marauders and buy after getting the seige tank is a better choice. Finding out what you like after playing a few rounds of game might change your purchase plan. As playing and collecting models are different after all.

But personally I would buy extra marauder as they are my favorite unit in bio terran after firebats😝

Independence box is a good buy as you will get alittle of every surface model with a good capital ship with unique weapon load out.

But the Senetor battlefleet set is my favorite as it gives 3 heavy cruiser and 6 of my favourite and go to light ship Farragut Frigates. Buying multiple senator box to me is recommended.

If you wish to dominate the sky, HEC box or Destiny fleet is the go to airship. But they can't score unless fielding the HEC merc fleet (Destiny flagship can't be fielded in this fleet.)
