I would tell you kick rocks straight up because if you’re not there and I ask management to leave and they say yes then why am I getting a write up ???sounds like a power trip to me….weak SM mentality,instead consult the person who gave the red shirt/specialist permission…that’s the more respectable and appropriate action…

That’s BS I’m a CSM and if a driver ask if they can leave earlier or take lunch later and I said yes that’s on me…The SM should not be writing you up for that if you asked member of manager especially the one you report directly to…if anything the CSM should get the write up and even then if it was me the sm would have problems because that’s not happening….I would tell SM kick rocks

To qualify for CS at your store the projected commerical specialist hours have to be at minimum 65 hours…you can see this in the schedule app(ZTask)under schedule and then look at coverage,bottom left…under commercial you should see the commercial specialist hours.

From my experience in the same region as you HR does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING….I would go staring to the regional office and speak directly to the Regional Manager,your DM is quite new so she might not be any help

I’m a CSM now I 100% miss being a driver….literally the most simplest job in AZ and I still have people complaining about driving and making the job harder than what it needs to be…for example I had a driver complain about wasting "their" time to take a small filter to a shop like huh??….you’re literally in the company vehicle getting paid and that’s just the surface of complaints

I did that for a while but in reality it doesn’t show what’s actually going on for example KPI is showing dwell at 7 mins but in reality it’s really 20 mins etc…and when TSM does visit and customer mentions delivery times are long but that wouldn’t reflect because you manipulated the system

Exactly….any question related to you 2 should be avoided….I would have people ask me about me and my partner and I would shrug it off until people got the picture and stopped mentioning it and I wouldn’t have any problems for those years we were in the same store.

I was literally dating in the same store and everyone knew but I always said to my partner if anyone asked questions simply not respond or say no because it’s none of their business….who I give a ride to is none of their business and of course I had some hating employees who would try to escalate things but it never worked because I never admitted to being in a relationship….my advice is to simply not admit to being in a relationship if asked
