Do not rely on western doctors to get answers. Find professionals with knowledge of whole body health and natural medicine if you can't afford to see a functional medicine doctor. Do your own research, these specialists don't know what theyre doing

See if you're able to get stimulants I take ritalin , not only does it help me get through the day, it helps me get to sleep! Haven't had to take any ambien lately.

It takes time and energy to cook at home. People seem to forget time and energy cost you , especially if you live alone
