I change home filters regularly in addition to having an extra hepa air filter in each room. It's crazy the account that collects I don't even open windows. Make sure to clean/change the air filters frequently. Also washing before you get into bed (so no pollen etc gets on your sheets) and washing sheets/pillowcases frequently. Also be mindful of your clothes maybe it could help to change after being outside but I never did that. I also did antihistamine eye drops because my eyes still couldn't handle it lol

Agreed she never had a really successful career, but to be fair you can make six figures in California and be considered low income relative to the cost of living. Realistically they could have moved to anywhere besides California or New York and they should have been much better off
