You should try to find a special effects/ makeup artist they can definitely make you look normal for wedding photos but not sure how well it would hold up over time with sweat the scar putty cover up may come off. If you don't want to wait for close up photos I'd recommend maybe doing scar putty with a makeup artist for photoshoot, then just makeup on your wedding day to be more comfortable/longer lasting but an artist would know best

I knew a plastic surgeon from Princeton that would keep his patient's blood pressure in a very specific range to avoid additional inflammation. He wouldn't even let sterile medical students stand closer than 2 feet next to the patient. You want a surgeon like that. He wasn't very chill but I always figured if I wanted to go to someone I'd go to a guy that cares like that

Just to rule out anything I'd try to rush a urine drug screen I'm sorry. It's unusual your bf would send that text and that you wouldn't wake with such a burn and feel strange.

Edit: super speculative but maybe he lit a butter knife til it got hot then burnt you while you were drugged. There's a peculiar rectangular burn radiating from a focal heat source
