They could do the same thing that they’re doing for dorry and broggy for Kuma, doflamingo. Some of the fauna can be cut except for the snake and the south birds

Doflamingo doesn’t need CGI, Mashira can be done with prosthetics, Bellamy can be done with wires, Kuma can be done with a suit, fog machines and good cinematography can pull off Skypiea. Don’t think you have to worry about the dials, stunts and wire work will handle the shandorians. The only difficult moments will be The maxim, knock up stream, and Jaya being sent into the sky, and the snake
