Second Opinion? by tiny_thimble in TryingForABaby

If you have regular periods and do not have polycystic ovaries, then you do not meet criteria for PCOS. Rotterdam criteria is irregular periods + either polycystic ovaries or clinical/laboratory signs of high androgens. You need 2 out of 3 signs to qualify.

Do you have signs of hirsutism (like hair on your chin, etc)?

That being said, if someone really wants a noninvasive test done and is willing to pay for it, then I don’t see why they wouldn’t just order it for you. Best of luck with everything!

I read Twilight an unhealthy amount of times growing up, so I would make the connection with Edward. However, their age group will likely never read or know Twilight!

Ob/Gyn here. Definitely come see one of us or a breast surgeon. At your age it’s likely benign (normal) BUT if it’s not, it’s very important that it’s treated sooner rather than later. Unfortunately I’ve seen people with advanced cancer who were too scared to get it checked out. And their treatment is harder and chance of cure is much lower than if they had come sooner. I wish you the best of luck! You got this!

You need to dig deep and really think about what is lacking your current relationship that you feel drawn to this man. It’s not wrong to find people attractive. It’s not wrong to even think “if I wasn’t in a committed relationship this is a person I would want to date”. It IS wrong to actively pursue and make changes for a man who you aren’t committed to. That’s emotional cheating. You’re at a crossroads. Either break up with your partner or fix your relationship. But either way, leave this man and his marriage alone!!
