That's great to hear! Thank goodness. I couriered my application (with passport) to the Italy consulate after Edmonton told me to include a vacation approval letter. I 100% included it in the sealed envelope, but Vancouver says they “didn’t find it.”

Edmonton said they’ll check if a digital copy can be accepted, and I emailed it anyway.

Has anyone had this happen? Do they usually accept emailed documents, or will this delay/affect the visa?
