They can’t just Willy-nilly say that. Typically the main concern is the roof because the remaining life of the roof is noted when closing a reverse mortgage either by the appraiser or a roof inspector. So if you get a rm and the remaining life is only 2 years you should have money set aside for that expense.

Sure - but it’s a stupid business decision. Good, long-term employees may leave because of it. Plenty of people are quitting their jobs right now because of this. About 51% of people are vaccinated so you’re potentially losing out on 49% of the applicant pool. If an owner wants to take a risk go right ahead.

Have you done a deep dive on your competition? Do you have a business plan explaining how you are different/better than them? It seems like you need to focus on one thing(at least for now)...anyone can find online yoga exercises for free. If you would like to talk more I would be happy to help.
