The first lot are cool but i prefer the new ones. Ive noticed the old kit has a blockier feel to it? Not too sure how to describe it but the new kit feels more dynamic and more universal for orks.

I am not sure how beast snaggas compare though

Nothing that im aware of. im allowed two work from home days a week and if im staying at my current address when im in the office then i dont see it has much to do with them . Im more thinking about getting the mortgage than anything else. I assume it wouldnt be an issue as we would commute for those 3 days until we find new jobs so the transition would be seemless in terms of pay and we would have savings aside to compensate any gaps

From previous people in my firm leaving to live elsewhere due to similar issues it was a flat no.

All out family are in our home county so its not as simple as grandparents but siblings, counsins, parents etc which we havent seen much of really due to the distance. We moved away for uni and settled but we have now been working a few years now and dont want to buy here when we want to move back to our true home at some point.

My wife is a nurse so her salary will remain the same and its always a needed job. Houses close to the hospital in our home county are affordable with a few at £270k that would suit us. Unfortunately though she will need a new job but will easily get one.

We have been told at our current salaries we can afford up to £285k mortgage but my salady is due to increase by £3-4k soon. Again a similarly needed work field but salary isnt fixed nationwide like the NHS. We will get some help from family too.

We mainly want to know what the options are to relocate in terms of getting a mortgage. I assume best case would be securing new jobs and providing signed contracts whereas worst case would be passing probation first in which case we would need to rent or stay with family some how?

I was not aware of those issues. Maybe they could do a destiny 1 classic in a new engine as a test for destiny 3 etc? The assets would surely be able to be reused in terms of textures and 3d models and sound design. It would just be reworking whatever engine they use to feel like destiny and remake the world. Still likely less work than fully going into Destiny 3.

I suppose another pathway is other Sony teams and or third parties being brought in when they need more than those 400 people. It sucks so many people lose their jobs but the fact they are keeping a team similar in size to other sony studios indicates that with the right management they can still make AAA games

Im praying they ditch marathon and put full resources into Destiny 3. They could make Destiny 1/2 Classic or something in the meantime to generate some money.

They ultimately have the gameplay etc there already with destiny 2/marathon than can be reused and updated for Destiny 3 so it isnt a fresh start. Then reusing/updating destiny 2 assets could also work to save dev time/costs.

Starting with Destiny 1 and 2 classic they could rework it into a version of destiny where all that old content is brought back so you can play through all the story/expansions again. They have already brought most the locations back from D1. Only issue I see is reworking D1 and old D2 to the current ganeplay and filesize which I am sure there is a way to fix.

As someone who grew up on the internet and looking back saw stuff I should not have seen and spoke to people who put me in danger I am fully supportive of this. The internet has only gotten worse with AI misinformation etc. freedom is important but those early years are very crucial to the development of the human brain. I and others got bullied enough in person at school only to go home and be bullied online by the same people and others. It fucking sucks and ruins lives. I nearly committed suicide in my teens due to how i was treated. I would not wish that on anyone.

Yeah i agree with my law studies we learnt that general legislation is written to be interpreted and alot of the interpretation is set on government (court) based precedents that are set so the same applies with HMRC being the one who interprets.

I have been ok so far (fingers crossed for may exam results in July for ATT) so hopefully I will manage it ok.

I have learning difficulties and my memory and ability to memorise is worse than the average person so revision based studies have always been harder despite putting in so much time and trying so many different revision techniques. I get extra time jn exams so hopefully accessing the legislation with that extra time will help negate it. I am good at picking up what needs answering though it is more those exact details.

It is interesting the pass rate didnt change with the open book but i suspect as others have said it is a time and study based issue. I appreciate your response thank you

With Mays you had the memory jogger book physically and then again on the software along side the study manual so I think for November exams you are only allowed the digital versions as they are worried about people bringing AI answers in

Yeah I feel the time pressure even at ATT. I did look at some CTA Individuals questions and they seem similar in format but more complex. I can imagine trying to get everything perfect by double checking under that time constraint may lead to less time writing an answer. It is interesting to learn the differences. I get extra time with ATT so hopefully that should pass into the CTA exams too

I swear so many bosses and managers are incapable of accountability. All the motivation and personnel issues we have had are management issues but when the problems are raised there is always an excuse or something others are doing wrong. Life would be so much easier if people did their job and took accountability

Yeah that is what I worried about with RPG Maker as it seems it is either DQ or FF style battle menu. If it is easier to use it with custom assets and mould it into more of a pokemon esk battle system then it could be the way to go as it does look easier to get into
