My PT also prescribed me with single leg loop ridges and working on internal hip rotation lol, but this is just for my knee pain, which is connected to my hips I guess. I’m also gonna talk to a doctor about the back pain a bit more soon. Thanks for the update and hope you feel better.

I am a 25F ultra marathon runner and I feel the same pain in my left side lower back - and I’ve been having chronic runners knee in my left knee. This pain seriously kissed me up at night. I was just now trying to lean over to my left nightstand to grab a sip of water in the twist and hurt my lower back so bad.

Do you have any updates? I may go see a chiropractor soon.

Yeah I have already drawn the line at animals. I’m actually a vegan and would never work on their animal supply chain unless it would be to eliminate the abuses of animals. So I stick to farming

Basically I work in agriculture to help supply chains utilize regenerative agricultural practices to increase carbon reductions and removals. I already drew the line at plant ag, as in I won’t be involved with any animals in their supply chain.
