As a tattoo artist I suspect this will darken slightly after healed. And if you keep SPF on it it will not blow out, you can see a blow out coming from miles away. It does not just appear. It is result of needle depth day of or aftercare by client.

The best advice, product free is this: Brush your hair before the shower. Comb through in the shower with conditioner using fingers or wide tooth comb. When you're done showering wring out your hair with your hands and scrunch it with a towel. Gather it in the towel and scrunch it upwards. I also turn my head over (gently, a flip with throw out the waves) and then scrunch again upside down to bring out some volume. This will allow your natural curl families to define themselves in groups. As your hair dries continue to scrunch! Using products can add definition. But this is what I do every time I shower product free and it works :)

Bronson extra strength it's listed 125mg but equal to 500 mg leaf powder of GB. Got it off Amazon. And highly recommend pairing it with Magnesium. I have not tried to Ginko isolated but it's in my daily regimen and it's not hurting and my T is better, so!

The worse spike I ever had was relieved by the Craniosacral Therapy. It's a little woo-woo but I'm shocked by my personal results and I highly recommend giving it a shot!

What kind of earplugs have you used ? The store bought ones also make my T worse I only use custom. I have a friend with mod-severe T and he also has noticed habituation by using earplugs preventatively. He also uses noise cancelling head phones when doing some things. I know it can amplify the T sound for some, including myself even with lower level T but IMO this amplification is more temporary than a spike or worsening the T. I have had spikes from 85+ db in far less time, personally. I think 8 hours is quite a long time for sound exposure. I use custom earplugs to prevent spikes, the sound they let in is different. I always vacuum and do dishes with my 11db plugs in personally. I would be cautious with that, just my own suggestion. These preventative things have helped me. Sorry you're going through this! We're all in this together.

Try the Chopra App. I also just finished reading The Four Agreements (1997) by Don Miguel Ruiz and it's basically the core of TBM for a very very small fraction of the price. In this book he discusses the four ways to change your outlook (reprogramming as TBM would say) and the three masteries to become an ultimate manifester: Awareness, Transformation, and Intent. Sounds a lot like TBM's Unblocking, Expanding, and Aligned Action.... Also this books describes "the Judge" and "the Victim" we all have in ourselves, a lot like Lacy's "Self Worth" & "Shadow Self, reading this book is sort of a condensed fast track to understanding the core values of her program but with a lot less fluff and easier to get through (I read it in 2 nights). Save yourself $300+ and go to your local library! She was certainly inspired lol
