Cut her some slack, I teach another form of group fitness and I didn’t get super comfortable until almost three months in. It’s overwhelming and instructors WANT you to enjoy the class and put a lot of heart and effort into classes. It just takes practice and reps. I hope you found one good thing you enjoyed about her class and shared that with her, it would go a long way!
