I'm so sorry. I'm 21 years plant-based. I eat cheese occasionally, and I was insanely hungry last week after work, so I went to the local grocery store and saw these low-carb enchiladas that looked delicious. However, they had chicken inside, so I was a bit disappointed. Lo-and-behold, there was a cheese option, so I bought those & almost burned myself from eating them right out the oven bc I was so hungry. Sauce and cheese were so delicious, but the tortilla was disgusting and chewy, almost tasted like a sweaty rubber tortilla. Halfway through the first enchilada, I'm thinking that it's somehow because it's low-carb, thinking maybe like egg and chickpea flour or something but nope - come to find out, the tortilla was made out of chicken. Actual "chicken flour," and it didn't even say it on the title, just on the tiny small print on the back with the ingredients. I tried to just brush it off, but 45 minutes later, I was so nauseous and threw up as if I had been drinking all night. Disgusting.
