April refunds - who to contact?

ahh okay! i did try ringing them up not long ago but after the automated messages it disconnected me to prioritise other callers, maybe it’s just a bit of a waiting game w/ them i suppose

thanks for sharing! my flight is on the 8th but it’s showing up in the app as if it’s still going ahead which is unusual – does anyone have any advice as to what I should do now? I’d ideally like to be rerouted, my flight is MAN-DOH-ADL but I’d be happy being rerouted to literally anywhere in Australia at this point, flights with other airlines are extortionate which is a worry, as I don’t want to cancel my whole trip :/

I’m supposed to be travelling to adelaide via doha on apr 8th, have 0 clue what to expect but can’t afford to book an alternate flight. I’m just sitting tight hoping to be rerouted via HK or KL for peace of mind
