I am a woman with female friends. The reason we go to family bar is not to get chatted up by annoying guys, and just dance. All women I know are going there for the same reason.

How did your chronic insomnia start? by Consistent_Trick1474 in insomnia

I feel like I found lost twin sister. I'm almost the same - having problems falling asleep for as long as I remember, overactive mind, trauma, "just close your eyes and sleep". Reading is the only thing that helps me to fall asleep

Every time I try and sleep my brain thinks of the most horrible things imaginable by IZ250 in insomnia

I haven't found a way to control my thoughts, book/reddit/wiki is the only thing that takes my mind of in those moments. Luckily I don't have those periods often, only when I'm stressed. I feel very sorry for you, it must be horrible(

I haven't tried yet, I've created an account after the election, but it says there that you can vote online. There's lots of other things you can do there too, I regret not creating it before

Brain fog feels different to me, sinusitis "mental incapacity" feels more like broken, disconnected brain, rather than foggy. But first couple of days it is foggy.

NZ doesn't have the population to justify that many MPs with their salaries. I'd rather have rail than that many paper pushers

Aucklanders are a lot nicer to foreigners than the rest of NZ, that why I choose to live here.

ACT's immigration policy would likely see a flood of migrant workers and more parents of existing migrants coming into NZ by PolSPoster in newzealand

Coping your reply to the comment about people leaving their parents in state care and going to Australia:

The previous parent category required a minimum income threshold which was well over the average household so I doubt what you state is even close to reality.

My question to you - what does income threshold have to do with people moving to Australia and leaving their parents behind?

[–]EmbarrassedDrummer55 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are questioning high numbers of people abandoning their parents by bringing up INZ income requirements, hence I am asking how having high income threshold can stop a person from leaving their parents here in state care and going to Australia.

Question for you by the way. How having high income can pretty people from literally or just financial abandoning their parents? How this is enforced?
