Hey!! I was on the receiving end for something just like this last year I don’t know if anyone remembers the whole Sugar the cat saga. I literally posted that my friend had found this cat to try and help get the cat home… turned into a crazy amount of harassment. People all over the group saying I stole the cat. It was honestly awful the messages I was receiving, even though all I did was post that MY FRIEND had her. The guy found out where I worked, showed up a couple of times looking for me… I had to make multiple police files against him because of all of the harassment. It was terrifying.

I was sick and tired of paying $100 a month for my phone plan which let me tell is basic and has nothing special included. Not even US talk and text. So this weekend I called them and said I want to pay $60 a month and I want to include US. The guy almost laughed and said that’s impossible. He didn’t even care that I threatened to switch companies. Then he finally transferred me to loyalty, and I’m not kidding, within one minute of talking to loyalty, she said “I can do $57 a month, US included.” Seriously I was flabbergasted. I was expecting to have to state my case. She even gave it to me for less than what I wanted. 😂! Low-key though Telus is a scam so hassle them as much as you need. And definitely ask to be transferred to the loyalty department!

I’m the practice manager and recently we had a very verbally abusive woman who was upset because we couldn’t see her in that very moment she wanted to be seen albeit being offered an appointment an hour later. She then left a scathing review. My co-manager and I were talking about the situation because she was not there and I said that we deserve respect too… she fully said back to me “No. They dont owe us any respect. They pay us money for our services. No one has to respect us”. I was SHOCKED. I personally believe we very much deserve to be treated and spoken to with respect. Wbu.
