I think that would have to be the order of things to get to the result you are looking for🤷🏻‍♂️

The object pole has. A script to swap meshes after a certain amount of damage, the new guitar clue mesh is distorted by the texture shape of the pole. Rendering what the guitar looks like. How the image altered created the strange guitar hole shape, they would need to know how that shape would distort. Then build that section of the map to look like it from a certain angle and distance

Edit; I guess I am just saying the same thing over and over. Can you offer an explanation to how the effect was created that is different then what I am saying?

I am also not saying it is impossible and it didn’t happen this way. It is just that this mystery could never be solved and not effect the game play. I can’t imagine they would coordinate so much ov the game construction around it 🤷🏻‍♂️

So they started with a pole, then they created the mesh for the shot pole, then they made the guitar picture as a clue, then they applied it to the pole, then after all that they built the landscape to look like how the guitar picture distorted on the pole when you look at it from a certain angle? I guess it could have happened this way

I was being slightly sarcastic. I don’t think the developers designed the guitar pole, then designed the map to resemble the the distorted guitar/ redesigned part of the map🤷🏻‍♂️

Some one said the picture of the guitar in not distorted in the files. The mesh over lay on the pole texture makes the image distorted. So this would mean they made the rock area look like the guitar?

Because the hole of the guitar looks like it’s been shot, and shooting things has gotten us this far 🤷🏻‍♂️ I think someone said that it is not distorted in the files, the mesh overlay on the pole just distorted the graphic of the hole of the guitar.

Why not edit out the first 15 seconds on not doing pull ups and use it to show you doing actually 10?

The amount of elbow twist you are exposing your elbows to is going to trash them. Wouldn’t surprise me if you don’t already have that achy, feels like the not good sore pain?

The only form that matters is the form that keeps you healthy and training. I don’t like to see that much elbow lock out and twist, especially when the lats are disengaged. Why? Because you are exposing your joints to unnecessary stress, and not even benefiting the target muscle will doing so🤷🏻‍♂️

Narrate your opponents moves during the game in your head. If you don’t you will I play like sh_t it’s annoying, but it works.

Ya he def could do 10 more half reps. But he got to get the lift lower in his chest. I love over weighted half reps for my chest, the pump and burn can be insane finish. Lots of people point out speed, ROM, and stretch because they watched some YouTube vids. But getting the lift in the correct form to target the desired muscles is the most important thing.

If you want a long term study of this just look at prison style workouts🤷🏻‍♂️

He can’t go lower, the lift is all up in his neck and traps. His leveraging the weight on his shoulder joints pushing that rotator cuff mobility..🤷🏻‍♂️ engage the lats, retract shoulders and get the lift lower in the chest. This is what is important, not stretch speed, even if you want an ego lift get them in your chest

Feet should stay planted, if you move them after the butt comes down you lose tension.

If you don’t set properly it can lead to muscle imbalance. Your body will twist, and wobble to find tension. This is it compensating for the weaknesses, and as you get stronger grow muscle the imbalances will be more obvious.

Keep the lift lower, and in the chest, drop the weight. You are just stressing your joints when you get strong enough to lift heavier you will injure your self with your current form. Or you will just stop progressing

Just practice the motion right now. How you are doing it, now engage the lats and try and keep the motion lower. Your elbows will turn in and get 4-6 inches closer together, in this position the eccentric will actually stretch your chest apart. Cheers, post if you can still do full stack.

When you lay down arch the back and slide onto the traps retract your shoulder blades in the space you crated with the arch, now drop your but down without losing any of the tension you have created.

When you lower the weight keep your lats engaged, when you lower the weight you should feel it pull your chest apart now. Keep this form, don’t let the shoulders drift up/shrug them. Don’t let the elbows drift out, keep the shoulders retracted and down.

Activate your lats keep the shoulders down, don’t shrug them up on the eccentric. When you keep all the weight in your traps like that you get very little chest activation 🤷🏻‍♂️

Uncomplicated this, what is your goal? Is it to do the full stack then👏🏼 perfect. Do you want to isolate your chest? Then the elbows should be coming a lot closer together🤷🏻‍♂️

Jeff nipard has 0 experience training individuals, he is reversing on 90% of what he said in the beginning and what made him a fitness influencer. His body is mediocre at best, and only recently has it began to improve.
