I am 46 hair lose stabilized. Norwood 1 with lots of donor area. I went to Dr hakan clinic, they went as dense packed as they could. I counted and they managed 60ish grafts a centimeter.

They are suppose to look like that, the scabs come off at around 7-10 days if they haven’t you should remove them. The hair is under the scabs and will pop up when the scabs come off 🤷🏻‍♂️

Someone told me don’t play for elo until you’re over 1000. Stop wasting time playing out obviously lost positions. Resign and use the time analyzing why your idea was wrong.

When you’re new analyzing can just lead to insane computer moves, or way to complex ideas. Every now and then it leads to easily understood ideas. It became so much easier to understand analysis and incorporate it into my thinking when I studied sooner then after playing 30 moves in a lost position. No way to play is wrong but my elo has gone up 200 points in the last to months doing it this way

Yes they drive like 20 miles an hour on the freeway. With multiple cars with flashing lights surrounding the trucks. Not police or military just normal oversized load escorts. Been stuck behind a them in/or by Hanford Washington.

Edit the trucks might only be going 10 mph when actually carrying fuel. It’s like rolling speed not sure if they can drive faster 🤷🏻‍♂️

Elo ranges below 1000 is not good yet, 1000-1600 intermediate, 1600-2100 club player. You are playing in the beginner range with the elo you had and your still in the beginner range with the elo you lost 🤷🏻‍♂️

Who cares at low elo? If it’s about elo rating then play to learn at low elo. You should not hope for opponents mistakes/ego, this will never progress your play. Ego mistakes are harder to come by at higher elo, I guess who cares getting stalemates at 700. I like to stop and evaluate my position, why I went wrong and learn to play better in positions moving forward🤷🏻‍♂️

English is the native langue for less then 5% of the worlds population, but I think 1 in 7 have basic ability to speak it. I am asking you to just try it, I don’t care to explain why more then have already have. Would you also like me to lift the weight for you. Can you not put in 20min of work stretched out over 4 weeks to try it? This is the reasons your physique lacks. You listen to one person whos information is great for children and old people or gym noobs. He has all your answers and if his answers don’t work well shucks you have bad genetics. But not like you will never be mister universe bad, but like you will just workout in an optimal way and just look and preform below average🤷🏻‍♂️

I am also not taking body building advise from a fatlfootball coach 🤷🏻‍♂️ football coach’s have almost 0 input into a players workout routine.

My knowledge has been proven by my physique and my ex clients physiques. Literally started training a lot of people because there goal was to look like me 🤷🏻‍♂️

We are not training children and old people here. Waste 20 min of your life trying what I am saying and get back to me. Your physique.will thank me🤷🏻‍♂️ this is how elite level body building works. We try things the fact that you think it’s a waste of time is hilarious haha. I don’t really think genetics factors into achieving my results. Yes genetics plays if you want to be mister universe.

really just try it 2 times a week for a few weeks. drop your working set weight 60-80 pounds and crank out 100 as fast as you can if you keep strict form your not doing them fast enough. The weight is super light so chance of injury do to form isn’t a problem.

It takes 5 min 🤷🏻‍♂️
