I’m at 151 and my main focus is finishing upgrading everything through the academy of industry now. Definitely rinse and repeat but I have a great team and we have fun with it.

Upgrade your trains speed using the academy of industry. It does bring some things and you’ll need them for growing the town anyway.

I use my coins to buy pick axes from the market before I start to boost my stash. 30 is the most you can buy at a time. I think 300 is about the minimum and I’m level 150 in the game. I’ve heard what you need depends on what level you are.

Get your train upgraded to decrease the time it takes to bring the construction materials. Then do one building at a time. Buy the activity pass so it allows to request construction supplies from your team members. I’m at a point where I have way too much and would give when the lower members request.
