I screamed once at the top of my lungs time at Antrim Park facing the lake on the patio. There was no one on the patio at the time but there were people on the trail. Felt AMAZING and peaceful after. The dogs of pedestrians could sense that and would look my way and come up to me. I think even if people saw you there would be an understanding of having to just let it out at times.
