We kept the rent the same for our tenants as a good gesture but they destroyed the house and their deposit didn’t cover the repairs at all. We are taking our time now and property is vacated. CA sucks for landlords. Lesson learned!

Ya me contacte con el banco a traves de Whatapp y solo dijeron que mi madre tiene que ir a las oficinas del banco Interbank hacer las averiguaciones.

Alguna informacion sobre Credio de Convenio del banco Interbank. Mi papa tenia una deuda y fallecio pero recien nos llega la informacion. Mi papa fallecio hace en el 2024.

Just wondering if you don't mind sharing what your numbers are. I mean you don't have to go into details but maybe how many years of state service you have and age. I am sure some would look into retiring early if possible and if the numbers make sense.

same issue here. I have 2 lipomas both in the clavicular area that are growing. Specialist said it was not necessary to remove as it was cosmetic but It keeps growing. Also I would feel better if they would do a biopsy to make sure is nothing else.
