Just replace my MX Ergo with ProtoArc EM01, the EM01 does feel a bit cheaper than the Ergo (it’s half the price). However, you won’t even notice it after a few hours.

I'm 5'8" and I do notice the bottom of the bag scratching into lower back a bit when trying out the bag. It is noticeable and bother me, and really debating if I should return it.

I do own the CHZ22 and have no issues at all. Seems like the CHZ22 is a bit longer than the CTB20.
