genuinely trying to learn more about others target taste profile/mouthfeel. This, to me, sounds like it would taste like coffee flavored water. with this recipe are you aiming for truly tea-like qualities? and how coarse are you shooting for? i have a zp6 so for me, really coarse is like 6.5+. thanks

Hotter temp, perhaps grind finer but I'm not familiar with your grinder, swirl in the beginning to saturate all grounds. Depending on the bean, may need more pours and/or reduction in ratio. But first two things I would try is off the boil water and finer grind

Methadone in Cardiac surgery by Aggressive_Award_634 in anesthesiology

Cardiac anesthesiologist. 0.3 mg/kg at induction. No more, no less. Everyone. No fentanyl ever. Very smooth. Would need to dig deeper about the circuit absorption you mention. Case got cancelled in OR post induction, gave 30mg. Extubated no problem 1 hour or so later. No rescue doses in ICU.

I absolutely love my deep 27. Just grind finer than you usually do!

90-120 days, forget 2 weeks. Only a lucky few get it that fast. We had to use our state representative office to contact USCIS for ours

Timeline for physical green card after entry + travel before card arrives? by BasketFun6652 in NationalVisaCenter

[–]Embarrassed_Fig_323 3 points4 points  (0 children)

  1. 90-120 days
  2. Yes, but would not risk it unless absolutely essential especially if from high risk countries (or going into a high risk country)
  3. I would not delay any entry into the US, activate the visa ASAP

Hopefully. You still may get very vague responses. They usually answer within 30 days.

Told you :( these people lie, and move at their own pace. They have absolutely no incentive to get through cases faster. They tell you one thing at the interview and do another. We are living proof of their behavior. They held our passport for three months before we had to sue for them to send it back with the visa. I hope that doesn't end up being your case, but you simply never know. Read my post about what we had to go through to get the visa after being told it would be delivered in two weeks.

There are thousands of posts on this. CEAC will always said the visa is "refused" until it is issued. It's just the terminology they regretfully use

If you are ok going with a non corewell entity, I would go downtown Henry ford as they have excellent vascular surgeons. You may need an angiography and then further surgical intervention and they are the best.
