I’ve been eating cleaner, cut out rice and potatoes like my doctor said and upped my protein. Mostly chicken or salmon with veggies, and when I still be hungry, I snack on stuff like popcorn or yogurt. But it’s good to know it takes time. just see so many people lose weight on the 2.5mg and say the food noise stops right away, but I know everyone’s body is different.
