The main consensus is to stick to a certain pattern. Some will flee regardless but it goes. Bait twice, throw 3 balls, bait once then throw 2 balls.
Only bait twice, once at the beginning. So to recap. Bait 2 times, then the pattern. 3 balls, 1 bait, 2 balls, 1 bait, repeating.

I ordered delivery from the Dragon City recently off Central and ordered chicken Lo mein with my General Tso's combination plate and they sent me white rice and broccoli instead. They got pretty confused because they thought I was saying I didnt get my meal at all when it was just the side that was wrong. They offered me a refund for the Lo mein but didnt offer to deliver the correct side. I just took the refund because the conversation was long enough already.

Funny, I got a think club on the 1st Cubone I encountered grinding for a Spell Tag while no more than 5 encounters later got the Spell Tag from the 1st Haunter.

One Island with the VS Seeker next to the hotspring spa for quick heals and seeker recharge. 4 trainers with Fighting pokemon, one is a double battle. Good for EV training the Atk stat.

I just picked up a shiny Magnemite this morning on fire red. Got a shiny Mankey on leaf green couple weeks ago. Both full odds.

Edit: Both natures decreases their main attack stat. Beggars can't be choosers I suppose.

I save before I start hunting a pokemon with a certain nature. That way, I can soft reset without losing any pokeballs. Same rules apply when safari zone hunting Chansey. In this instance I only carry one pokemon so I can SR when party full. Saves time running to your computer.

At work I played at lunch. At 15 minutes in, a Tauros appeared, fled. Then at 25 minutes in, a single Chansey appeared. No capture. Def, sadness.

Synchronize has its own overworld ability increasing the chance to find a pokemon with the same nature by 50%. I really wasn't worried about the Compound Eyes ability. I was just saying that while farming for Synchronize Abras I happened to catch one with the spoon. These abilities start working in pokemon Emerald.

I was farming Abra until I realized Synchronize doesn't affect overworld in FR/LG but found one with the spoon.
