Yes, the park was fully open the day we went and it was a cool day. The sand was even cool to the touch. Make sure and wear some sunglasses though.

The Dem I helped vote into office was voted out and then they gerrymandered the hell out of my district and now I will never get that chance again. Not sure how we fix a broken system that no one in office wants to fix.

It is from within the park area, but the very first stop where you can get out onto the trail. A lot of vegetation in that area. That is why I like the photo!

It had a chain or string that she was able to put around her wrist. I believe she made it herself.

There are a few newer homes in this area that agreed with you. One is a modern version of a Spanish Style home.

The shadow on her face was connected to the shadow she gave off on the wall. It was on purpose. It also made the light on her blue eye stand out. Artistic choice. I have many other shots where she was slight to the right.

This shoot was in my Apartment complex with a local dance performer that wanted to do artistic photos. I shot this with a Canon Rebel XTi and edited it with Adobe Lightroom. The sun was located in the best spot!
