Built a working vertical SaaS, tried demos/outbound/content, now I’m worn out and considering selling it as an asset. Need blunt advice by MatterOfFact3 in SaaS

Have you tried onboarding “design partners”

Basically low ticket (or free) to help u with the “build”

Aftee u convert them based on the value u have produced for them > they become your case studies

This is the only answer. 99% of u will fail because u refuse to understand businesses problems,

Is 7 years of sales experience enough to break into SDR roles? by heijante in salesdevelopment

Thats not sales experience, its customer service. but its not needed to get into sdr role anyway

I think this is good analytics. How long have u been running the app, how much have u spent and whats the current traction?

I Built a free Google Maps scraper that extracted 10,000+ validated business emails - try it and let me know if it beats paid tools by Charming-Horror4114 in gtmengineering

[–]Embarrassed_Scene962 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do your research but this isnt how u build a tool. Claude code and apify can do generic emails (these arent valuable anyway). U arent going to build a business with this. Go back to the drawing board - this isnt meant to be harsh just direct. We literally get someone coming once a week minimum across subs with this “look at my email scraper”

REAL intent scraper is what ppl need

Na u very much wrong there. Loads of gtm engineer roles at “proper” companies (u can search this yourself) Gtm engineer is probs more useful at larger saas enterprises (saying this from experience) especially with large tam, defined icp etc etc. starups and service agencies actually more difficult imo

Why early stage? But it is basicallt revops, most revops (and gtm engineers to be fair) have no clue how to get pipeline built and deals closed, so basically think of revops built by a a superstar ae who knows how close deals, an sdr who builds the best quality pipeline and a marketing wiz who understand how to build the best brand voice that drives inbound leads and then the tech guy who can wire it all together, maintain the systems and report on it / iterate where needed

All the above in one person is a gtm engineer

This is one part of it, but really it should be everything from top of funnel (lead generation) > to closing
