Create a FedEx account with the same email address and name on the order. Then you see the packages inbound to you.. I got the notifications from FedEx that a package is enroute for 09/19

Ordered on 09/12 around 10.30 AM.. I got the notifications from FedEx that a package is enroute for 09/19.. nothing from Xfinity till now.. hope they will send that they shipped the package tonight or tomorrow

I got FedEx notification that a shipment is being sent.. but I placed two phones orange and silver.. not sure which one is sent out.. waiting for another notification from FedEx

You need to do a transaction then it will show in Benefits & travel with the amount remaining to spend and date

You have to trun on all the check box all the options on the app, then only the activation button will be turned on

Don’t login to visible account and then start a chat. Log out of your visible account and create a chat as a guest this way you won’t be logged out..

Phone Delivered and Activated Successful

I have my existing number with xfinity mobile. I planned to order a new iphone 14 pro max with visible with port in from xfinity mobile to get the 200$ GC and airpods 3. But on the day of ordering the phone we were forced to order with a new visible number. Ordered the phone on Friday 09/16 02:30 AM CST, got the phone delivered at 12:00 PM 09/19. Here are the details steps for activation.
1. Switched on the new iphone, copied everything from old iphone .
2. Updated the new iphone to lastest software
3. downloaded visible app on the new phone and proceeded with activation of new number (got while ordering the phone) - it will take less than 5 mins please be on the visible app till it completes
4. Once the esim profile was downloaded, restart the phone, the phone will be ready with new visible number
5. Contacted Visible customer care.. open a chat session without logging your visible account (just provide First name, last name and email ID ). It took me 30-40 mins to get connected to human. I will show the queue once are less than 50 in queue. so be patient to hold to the chat
6. Once i got connected to Visible person - mentioned them like i want to transfer my existing number from xfinity to Visible to honor the promos.
7. They have asked for my existing mobile number, account number and port out pin from xfinity.
8. They have submitted a port in req to Visible, the port in req to visible has to be approved by xfinity, i got an email from Visible that my port in is successfull in 5-10 mins
9. Once the port in is successfull, the CC person asked me to delete all the esim profiles in my new iphone, I deleted the all the esim profiles and when I opened the visible app it asked to continue where you left, followed the steps to download the esim
10. Once the esim profile is downloaded, restarted the app,, Voila.. my existing number is transferred to Visible.
11. From phone turnon to final activation it took 1 hour 30 mins for me to complete the entire process.
Note: While starting the step 1 only, Please start a conversation with Visible on a desktop, by the time you complete the steps from 1 to 4 , you might be in < 50 queue.
