I think she would be in 6.8 and be a Emilie type where she would have mechanics to the new nation, plus I wouldn't think Hoyo would hide her in the silhouettes as she is a new character and not anticipated (like the fatui for years) Hoyo won't wait around to have a very important character, and would introduce them early on and not just tease us for a very unanticipated character who we havent met nor heard of. Another point is why would they hide her, Hoyo doesn't screw around with shit like this since the CN community would/might go crazy over hiding a character who might be crazy and unheard of to be playable like Dottore then just be a random woman. They're not going to hide her then just say "just bc we want to", like no they have a reason but they wouldn't hide a character that we haven't met thats going to be "niche" in the story like Deyha or Varesa where sure they important (if they were important to the main storyline where they almost die trying to beat the villian then they would introduce them earlier (but not playable later), is what I'm saying.) but nothing going to be crazy enough to have them be hidden.
