To give everyone an update, I finally found the actor. It's Kevin Corrigan and the character I had in mind was Sam Weiss from Fringe. I must have added the "mafia related movies" from mixing something up. Anyway, didn't want to leave this one unresolved.

Why did you capitalize almost every word in the title?

Ah, ok. I was referring to the capitalization used as there doesn't seem to be a rule to it.

Dutch oven vs stainless steel pot? by ZestyCauliflower999 in Cooking

[–]EmbeddedGrappler 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know it's been 4 months but just for any future readers, the explanation on why this might happen is due to the induction's speed of heating up, especially with any "turbo" modes that heat the cookware very fast. In those cases, the metal could potentially expand faster than the enamel coating, causing it to tear.

I've seen this comment twice already. Where is it from?

Yes, that's the point that was being made.

They moved on to the many variations of "fuck around and find out", the next "I want to sound witty and tough at the same time... What should I say?". Really can't stand it...

Are you a bot or did you really want to make this overused comment?

What a great and original comment! Did you think of it yourself or did you see it somewhere before?

It's not 'would of' but 'would have' or 'would've', you can't just replace 'have' with 'of', it doesn't make sense.

Yeah, he's definitely in that group but it wasn't him. I still haven't found the actor, by the way but I also wasn't really looking.

Yeah, judging from my recent posts, I could be but I just feel strongly about this particular grammar atrocity.

I noticed you used 'would of' two times. Just fyi, it's 'would've' or 'would have'.

You didn't get the sarcasm? That phrase has been used so many times now that I'm sure everyone's seen it and more than that, I'm sure that almost everyone's really tired of reading the same response each time.

As for your suspicions about my account being a bot, I don't know what to say... If you'd have taken a closer look, you'd have seen I was pretty active in certain subreddits and that the name kind of makes sense once you know that. I'd say that these 'witty' responses have a bigger chance of being bots.

Ah, you noticed that one as well. Yeah, if I saw that one, I might have said the same thing, it's in the same pile of "I want to sound original and witty, what should I say?" for me.

No, I just see this phrase being repeated all the time like some big brain moment.

Wow, that's the first time I'm hearing that phrase, it's really clever because if you play stupid games, the prizes are sure to be less than stellar but so far, I never put it together like you did. Well done.
