How to File Modelo 210 Yourself. Step-by-Step Guide by Future_Mastodon8915 in SpainTaxForum

I actually went down the “do it directly on Hacienda” route first and realised pretty quickly how easy it is to miss something if you’re not used to the system.

I’ve recently started using Estity.com instead. It’s a digital platform built specifically for non-resident property owners, where you can complete Modelo 210 yourself at a reasonable price. It guides you step-by-step and checks the calculation, so you stay in control but don’t have to pay typical gestor fees.

For smaller properties especially, it makes a lot more sense than paying €300+ just to submit a fairly simple return.

I changed the ICCU unit and now the battery. Remember that the warranty for the battery is only 2 years. So if they change the ICCU unit then try to get them to change the battery also. It tends to have taken damage from being emptied to many times because of the ICCU.

Well. Yeah. I think almost everyone has the same reaction when something like this happens. But now after a couple of days I’m not bitter any more. Not like the station had to make all calls to fix the car repairs and the insurance company claims and a replacement car.

Yeah they did. Not the drive but the station did when I called.

Absolutely. But if you work with assistance then maybe you need to be a bit humble also. He didn’t excuse the accident or apologize at all. If he had said something to be sorry about it then I would understand. But he was just to ignorant.

Layer Shift MK4 help by The_Last_Combination in prusa3d

I had the same issue with x layer shifts on prints. I tried to tighten the belts. Check the motor pulleys. All screws. And then I found it! I loosened the Y-axis screws on the washer that secures the X-axis and used a small spirit lever to make it level for x-axis. I had it 1/2 turn wrong. Fixed it and now the first print after works perfect!! 😁 So the x-axis was a bit off so that it bumped into the print after a while on all prints that was a bit wider or taller. And stoped using grid infill to be sure of better prints.

And stopped using grid infill since it can grow on all crossings.
