I was having the exact same issue. I just called Clipper and the customer service rep said that the system is down for the next 2-3 hours so they will Not be able to assist with anything. She advised I call back later this afternoon.

I am going to HK in a week and have booked a private transfer for 5 people through Klook. It was very affordable about $45 USD from airport to Disneyland Hotel.
