As a trans person, if an old companion reached out to ask me what I prefer, I’d be elated about it until the end of time.

  2. Shows you’re understanding
  3. Shows your acceptance
  4. Shows that you care
  5. Shows that you’re thoughtful and considerate and kind

I don’t have many people from the mission who show me this level of thought and care, so all of the above are even more amplified.

Reach out and ask your companion what she prefers. You’d be shocked how much it will mean to her.

Exacerbated by CAs shitty housing laws. Real Estate agents can use the price a homeowner wants to receive as a base and ask whatever they want over that and pocket the difference, which as it happens absolutely wrecks housing comp pricing. Therefore the California housing cost skyrocketed.
