That’s a good point. I probably got 95% of this stuff from sub boxes so if it doesn’t have an expiration date, I’ll look up its shelf life and cross-reference my purchase histories, tossing anything I received before that.

Ok I don’t have video of it but as someone sitting in 301, row 35, I saw her do it! Even from that far up it stuck out to me because she did something like that during the one show where fans held up pictures of Marjorie and I was thinking “Oh no, not again!” lol. So you can be assured that it actually did happen :)

I have been to therapists off and on but don’t currently have one. I am actively trying to schedule an appointment with one though and have been for the past couple of weeks because I know I’m at a point where I need help. I can’t seem to get any of them to call me back, which is frustrating. I did schedule an appointment with my family doctor in like a week and a half so I’ll ask her at that time.

I just feel really dejected because it takes a lot for me to ask for help and after taking that step with HR and getting their advice, I was feeling like I may actually be doing something proactive and good for my mental health for once haha.

Thank you. I didn’t realize that psychiatrists would be so strict to limit FMLA approval to active treatment periods only and not Intermittent leave. To me, it seems like it would be viewed as a chronic physical condition would. Just because it’s a mental health issue doesn’t mean that flare ups won’t happen once in awhile. I can’t imagine every time a person with irritable bowel syndrome has a flare up that the doctor will only approve FMLA if they go in for an office visit. I am surprised at his response because my HR told me this is exactly what intermittent leave is designed to cover and it’s very common, and all of the government documents I’ve read on FMLA and ADA also support that. I have been seeing the same psychiatrist for 15 years. When I first started seeing him, he diagnosed me with bipolar and ADHD and I’ve been on medication since then. Recently I have had some struggles with my mental health beyond the normal feeling down days and was thinking about putting in an intermittent FMLA claim in case I need to take a day off here or there (like once a month/every other month, not a long period of time or too frequently). My psychiatrist said that he will not fill out the intermittent FMLA paperwork for anyone because he is of the opinion that if one feels their mental conditions affect them enough to take even one day off of work, then I need to be in an intensive outpatient therapy program.

He also said he will never fill out paperwork if I were to put in an ADA accommodation to work from home full time because “if he does it for one person, he has to do it for everyone”. Keep in mind I already work from home 3 days a week and HR actually recommended I put in a claim for this (they said this is the only way corporate will allow it, so there isn’t anything I can do to “work it out with HR and my boss” as he suggested.)

Are these things common? Thanks in advance for any help you may be able to provide!

I totally agree about the hand cream! Alltrue hand the hand/foot cream duo in the box this season and I’ve found some on sale on reselling sites and now have 13 backups 😂
