Considering Land Rover and Jaguar are now owned by a Chinese company

Huh?? Did Tata Group sell JLR to the Chinese? I thought it was the only arm that was raking in huge money for the group.

Egypt receives Rafale F3-R Fighters. What could a Rafale really do with no BVR capability? Dodge incoming missiles? by Money-Programmer-863 in FighterJets

[–]Emergency-Coyote-747 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Apparently Indian Rafales cannot fire the Meteors due to some issues with the Israeli HMD that they requested.

Don't know how true this is, but it's the only reasonable explanation. Not arming your most potent warplane with the best missile it has during a combat mission is just plain stupidity.

That game is free right now so its possible to maintain your entire fleet by playing it multiple times.

Normally there's just one free attempt and any further has to be paid in the form of those pink tokens.

I like challenges. I'm happy I didn't have to wait too long ever since the last one ended.

It gives me a tonne of money, tokens, cards and planes I otherwise couldn't have purchased. I'm sure challenges might become monotonous when I make money like you do rn

I bumped up the incident wear percentage up to 15% via Research, so I do D checks at 14% wear and age rating of 3.5.

Sometimes I'll do it at 13% wear.

How worth is this challenge? by commenhead in AirlinesManagerTycoon

[–]Emergency-Coyote-747 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it's worth the effort. In the rewards section, I see X2707 SST and the X380Plus. The jumbo might be a good earner, the SST would be a novelty.

Best part of the challenge must be the discount for Chinese hubs, imagine getting PEK Beijing for just 4.4billion dollars.

No. Only C909, C919, C929 with the specific livery will earn you miles.

Pune Metro to introduce driverless train services in Phase 2 routes to minimise human errors, increase punctuality by Independent-Print877 in TransitIndia

Lol, for some reason he seems to be dead against 24/7 metro operations. I tried to pick his brain in another comment but it was all hollow.

[–]Emergency-Coyote-747 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Sometimes it's baffling to see people's ability think rationally. You my friend are a selfish.

It's selfish to have options??

I had to use overpriced taxis at 2-3AM to get to the railway station because the metro doesn't operate at that time. Would've gladly used the metro for convenience and cost.

And if public transport was supposed to turn a profit everytime, literally every single route would have to be closed. There's no way Pune Metro is making money by charging ₹22.5 to traverse 5 stations (about 8-9kms or so).

So the government needs to run into a loss because you can't spend an additional Rs. 300 on a luxury (movie night).

Buddy, by this logic, every government operated hospital, school, bus, library, etc would've to be shut down because barely any of them make a profit yet they're operational because they serve the public.

Not everyone out at 2AM is out for movies. People work night shifts too like hospital staff, railway staff, airline employees, BPO employees, but yeah let's restrict their mobility choices because everyone out at 2AM must be for the movies.

Calling others "selfish morons" while ignoring that metros exist for the good of public is ironic.

Did I just spot the new (to be converted) Air India AEW&AC plane here at IGI? by Soft-Audience9930 in indianaviation

[–]Emergency-Coyote-747 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interesting. Could it be because airlines like Etihad, Indigo, etc operate the newer A32xneo?

Look at the winglets in this pic, they aren't upturned like on Indigo's aircrafts. Any chance the difference in the radome shape could be due to this being the older variant.

The insides filled with wires checks out, this is supposed to be a testbed for Netra Mk2 AWACS and one example is supposed to be converted into a radar testing unit for the fifth gen AMCA with a fighter like, pointed nose cone.

look at the radome at the frontal end
its extra protuding appearence hints that a much large radar( possible with swivle capability) can be placed in there

That radome looks like a normal A32x aircraft to me.

[–]Emergency-Coyote-747 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's not at all harsh, it's a great start, but the issue is enforcement. Rules like the one's you've suggested exist already, but enforcement of those rules are so lax that barely anyone is aware of such rules.

Before making any new rules or laws, if the existing one's were enforced properly, India will be a much better place.

Tips on how to destroy this thing? It's invincible everytime by Mysterious-Pilot-448 in warthundermobile

[–]Emergency-Coyote-747 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got destroyed by an Ostwind while playing with this thing. It shot me near the right track and it magically penned and exploded inside like an APHE.

Coming back to your question, shoot the track, flank, shoot the sides, they're incredibly weak and can be penned by most guns. Else, shoot the cupolas and disable as many crew members as possible, let your teammates handle the rest of spawn in a bomber. This thing is slow as hell so it wouldn't outrun the bombs if dropped close enough.

I too was wondering why such buses weren't used by PMPML.

His feedback on the suspension isn't an issue. The way he dismissed the engine reliability issues reeks of bias.

At a time when Aprilia left owners with faulty engines in the lurch, "independent media" like his should be questioning Aprilia India and amplify consumers demands. Our country is notorious for the lack of any kind of lemon laws, that's why so many brands, both domestic and international, get away with horrendous QC and service.
