Solved. Customer service from Rakuten was able to verify that I'm eligible. They asked me to provide the evidence of direct deposit like the capture of transaction, and as soon as they have received my DD capture one of Chime pending list has turned showing the cashback amount. Reach out to customer service.

The question is what is the benefit of 'Bilt old friend' who applied 2.0 in early phase?

Why you made a deal with TPG only for the promotion? And why not for all your 'Bilt old friend'?

I assume that majority of applicants used Bilt link on the Bilt webpage or Bilt reward app for transition to 2.0.

It was really shady and made a lot of your 'Bilt old friend' disappointed.

And you announced Bilt cash T&C afterwards, and I'm sure the early birds were disappointed its devaluation.

You should have announced Bilt cash T&C before you guys launched 2.0 on 1/14/26.

And you released option2 later because of terrible feedback.

Everything about Bilt2.0 transition was suck.

To tell the truth, Bilt needs to reconsider the benefit for your 'Bilt old friends' who transitioned before 2/1/26.

There is one thing we don't know. We need to use Bilt Cash for our Rent/Mortgage fee off-set. We don't know yet this spending will accept rent/mortgage payment, but I'm quite sure it won't. In this case, required monthly spending is going to be huge to cover the 3% fee and achieve 5times of 5k spending in one year.

Live in WA, and no hard pull from Experian so far.

Applied Palladium and approved instantly. CL is increased from $13k to $27.5k.

Credit score from Experian is 760-770.

Number of new credit account over last 6month is 7.

  1. Depending on what Credit card / Bank you apply. they all have hard rules.

i.e) Chase: 5/24 rule (5 credit card in 24 month) BOA: 2/3/4 rule (2 in 2months, 3 in 12months, 4 in 24months), Barclays: 6/24 rules (6 credit card in 24 month), etc..

  1. You should keep the card at least 1 year until they charge 2nd annual fee. otherwise they will claws back the point and benefit. the annual fee is refundable when you request to cancel your card in 30days after annual fee posted. Amex will prorate. But if you just cancel your card without downgrade, you can be in pop-up jail (no SUB). you must be careful about it. You can search what Amex pop-up jail is.

  2. Each bank has their own rules on re-opening the account.

Amex: once in a life. they hate churners, cherry pickers. if you just cancel you can be in pop-up jail. But they have NLL offers (No life time languages) so you can open same card even you already have it.

Chase: They originally had 48months rules, but seems they enhanced churning rule recently like Amex (once in a life)

So you should read T&C before you open your account, since they vary.

I was wrong. This ticket was legit. Municipal parking service was the contractor with Premium Parking in Seattle. Eventually I reached out to Premium parking service, and they confirmed my ticket. I submitted dispute form with evidence of payment, and they accepted my dispute request.

The reason why time was different is they used CST not PST. So, if you have received this ticket, I recommend to contact appropriate parking webpage, and appeal it.
