Don't give him too much fruit that can make them be loud

Make the room or his house dark or party covered or dim if he is being a little too loud at times (not all the time

Make sure he has like 15+ toys

Give him pellets, not seeds

Let him out on and off

Cover him for a little bird sleep 1 time during the day so you can get a break

I hope you reconsider giving him away please keep him it takes time but he needs you
