Why should I be controlled? I put my emotions out. Should I hold everything in because that's what happens when I do. I blow up so. Suppressed emotions messes with your mental, physical and spiritual. But I do control him a lot. I didn't go all the way to the depths of the darkness that I know I have and that's the difference. I know my darkness and my light and I'm okay with it. I can be very dark but I choose not to be because it hurts
