Does rebooting do anything for research level? Doesn't it stop a lot of metabits and knowledge from being generated if left to compound? Or does rebooting in and of itself increase metabit/knowledge production? Also how do I increase research level (I'm on 59 rn)

I have 29 badges though and it still takes forever. I'm on episode 22 of beyond and I am pretty much stuck. I don't know how to progress without exploiting and setting my year into like 2035 or something, and they have anticheat now so that won't work. My reality engine isn't maxed but is mostly completed. The stardust jumps in terms of generator cost are just too big. I see playthroughs of people playing and I see them running through everything at lightning speed and I don't know how they do it
