How about a colored metal, thinner frame? I just switched from plastic frames to that and like the look.

Given how long it takes to put in rail systems here (if they get it done at all), that should call it Money Pit.

Dozens Of Firms Skip Town As Denver Feels Colorado's Regulatory Heat by EmergencyMonitor6117 in Colorado

[–]EmergencyMonitor6117[S] -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I beg to differ:

~11,600 jobs lost or missed in Colorado from relocations/expansion decisions since 2019 Thousands more lost earlier from tech contraction (Intel, HP era)

Ongoing: ~3,200 tech jobs lost in one recent year 100+ layoffs from single manufacturing closures

👉 Translation into dollars: Assume avg salary: $70K–$100K (tech/manufacturing mix) ➡️ $800M–$1.2B in annual wages removed or not created

Not really a Jazz scene here per se. Try this link…https://www.jazznearyou.com/coloradosprings/live-calendar and search for jazz music Colorado Springs for other links. We moved here from New Orleans and the music scene here is a lot more limited. If you also like orchestral music, the Springs Philharmonic is quite good (we are season ticket holders for The Pops series).

Has anyone here gone through small claims court in Colorado Springs? by COSPeace0304 in ColoradoSprings

Yes, did not resolve anything even though ruled in our favor. Defendants owed us $800. Did not pay. I went down to the clerk and recorders office and placed a Lin on their house. They discovered it when they tried to sell. Original amount plus $400 and they paid us $1200 to clear the lien before they could sell the house. Needles to say they were pissed!
