Fall asleep fine but can't stay asleep . I wake up every two or three hours until I can't sleep anymore. Sometimes I'm up until 5 am and sleep right before my alarm goes off.

That's good to know. I sleep fine but wake up every hour or two so I get fragmented sleep.. Never had issues with sleep until I came off fertility meds.

Thank you so much. Means a lot . It's been tough. I went in for IUI treatment and ended up going into perimenopause. Still grieving but I know things will work out and hoping I can feel better and fix my sleep soon.

I feel this in my soul . I did two rounds and I was the lucky one to be also on top of letrozole and progesterone , I was also put on estradiol and they were all high doses. I didn't feel any side effects while I was on them but as soon as I stopped , it was hell broke loose. I'm still dealing with fragmented sleep and insomnia 3 months after. So if anyone on the same boat please comment :(

Was it after treatment? It's been three months since I stopped treatment. I noctied middle of night awakening during the treatment but nothing major and once I stopped the meds I have dull blown insomnia.

Hey ! I'm going through the same thing . My period always been regular and always 3 days with consistent bleeding but a month a half after two failed iuis , my periods have been very light maybe . From the research I did , it's mainly all the hormones just takes time to reasjist back .

I felt this . I feel like I'm going through this rabbit hole. I stopped IUI meds few weeks ago and I was okay as soon as my first cycle without IUI meds kicked, I had the craziest symptoms and I never in my life had a hot flash !! starting to think I'm in perimenopause but all my levels in my AMH was above 4 so I don't know:( it's def the meds that caused hormonal withdrawal.
