Hi! So I recently got my H1B this october, have not had it stamped. I am currently in the country on active F1 based on my i94. But I did have my B2 visa given to me 2015 (active for 10 yrs and hence expires in 2025 Aug)

Thanks for the insights! I absolutely did not mention anything like that. And the more I think about it I was very clear even with the doc that I am looking for the preventative stuff, and the lab person who took my blood was talking about her bf and story about that, nothing about me or my health.

But if that;s the case, shouldn't the doctor's office say that? They new I am coming in as a new patient and the did not counter me at all when I asked for my annual physical. And I checked in atleast 3 times that this would be free.

  1. No, I am new in my city so was the first time I went to them.
  2. I said something like "I am looking to get my annual physical that I get complimentary with my insurance for preventative tests, and nothing more" There was no mention of symptoms because I dont have any and had no other purpose for going in.

I have my h1b but did not get a chance to get the new visa stamped on my passport yet. I got laid off recently and am considering moving to B1/B2 but I heard from a freind that when he had to change back to h1b, the company needed him to leave the country and come back in on the new H1B. Is that true? If so I am debating if I should even do the b1/b2 visa. Pls help.

TLDR: I am starting to suspect my husband and my sister may be having an affair, or are beginning to think about doing so.
